MAKITA 355 MM Cut-Off Saw (2000 W)
Designed and manufactured to suit the needs of metal fabricators, engineers, and steel fixers. The M2401B is intended for cutting through ferrous materials with appropriate abrasive cut-off wheels. Powerful motor to enable the operator to power through cuts quickly and efficiently. Large trigger switch with a lock-off button to prevent accidental start-up. Quick-release vise for secure stock retention and fast repeated cut-offs. Various sizes of material can be clamped quickly without winding the clamp in and out each time. Adjustable guide plate provides 3 angle settings up to 45° left and right with stops at 15° and 30°to suit various sizes of material. Maximum cutting capacity varies depending on the cutting angle and workpiece shape. Shaft lock for easy installation and removal of abrasive wheels with a single wrench by pressing the shaft lock. On tool storage for socket hex wrench for added convenience and to keep if from becoming lost. Spark guard prevents backward scattering of sparks. Chain locking device to secure head in a downward position for safe transportation and storage. Large, D-shape carry handle for easy gripping and for easy transportation to and from job sites. Double insulation for added safety and can, therefore, also be used from sockets without earth wire.
