Shipping & Delivery Policy

DELIVERY SERVICE ORDERS ARE SENT BY COURIER FROM OUR WAREHOUSE (IN JHB AEROTON). PLEASE SELECT COLLECTION FROM YOUR NEAREST STORE IF YOU URGENTLY NEED THE GOODS SAME DAY. 

 

Please place your order online to collect at any store (free) or select delivery where your basket will be quoted for a small fee based on weight & your shipping address.

 

We currently have 2 shipping options available

 

Delivery: Shipping rate is calculated according to volumetric weight & your delivery address.

 

Main City centers usually carry a lower cost as compared to areas outside of main centers. The basket is calculated based on your postal code and volumetric weight of the total order.

 

Delivery time for most orders: 4 – 6 business days.

 

Orders placed before 15:00 on a Business day (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) are usually shipped out the next business day with our shipping partners. Fastway for items less than 30 kg and MDS Collivery for items heavier than 30 kg. Larger orders (orders with more than 1 item) might be sent the next business day.

 

This is not a guarantee but a best effort service but for the majority of orders placed within a business day week (Monday to Friday) will always be delivered within 4 – 6 business days with the majority being completed in that time. In the event of delays where we speculate it to take longer we will notify you on the progress.

 

Outlaying farther areas outside of main centers may in some rare instances take longer than our 6 business days time frame. Delays are most frequently due to vague delivery addresses, so please give us as much info as possible to prevent delays.

 

Tracking: We add a note to each order before its picked up this is emailed to the email address used in the checkout process so please make sure you use the right address and you can check the e-mail when sent. For MDS you will also be sent a SMS when picked up. Fastway will also send an email when picked up. Your order will be marked “completed” when scanned by the chosen shipping partner.

 

We can not take responsibility for courier delays but work closely with our carefully chosen partners and package items to ensure no damage, in the event of damage or missing items email us on [email protected] with your order number and we will honor our guarantee.

 

Most delayed orders are because of incorrect shipping info. So please be sure to provide the correct street name and suburb and any additional information needed for completion of your order.

 

Delivery Fees: Adendorff Machinery Mart have partnered up with Fastway & MDS Collivery. The rate is calculated based on your shipping address and the total volumetric weight of the total order. It uses the highest of the two values (weight or size). Adendorff does not add any additional fees to the shipping rate and the fee is only used to send the item to our customers and cover costs such as packaging and labeling. Please note that outlaying areas do require a higher fee. If you feel the fee is not favorable please notify us on [email protected].

 

2: Collection at chosen branch FREE no cost, only cost of products in shopping basket.

 

To place an online order for collection simply browse our massive range of goods on our website. When adding a product to your cart you will be prompted to select a store or select delivery if you wish. Once a store is selected you can add products and checkout on our secure checkout process. You are only able to order stock available in store at that moment within a 10-min time frame. Please note due to in store traffic in rare occurrences the item might be sold out. In that event our sales personnel will contact you to complete the order in a fashion that is favorable to our customers.

 

In the checkout process you can mention the name of the person collecting (if collecting) or if you would like to send a courier to collect on your behalf we require the name of the courier.

 

All products stock are verified online with our store, however due to in-store activity in some instances the stock might not be immediately ready. You will receive an email confirmation to notify that your order is ready for collection at the store selected. The email will also contain the address of the store selected.
