Unitized discs are made from compressed and bonded layers of nonwoven abrasive. Applications include deburring, cleaning composites, and sharp edge removal. Unitized wheels produce excellent finishes on nearly all surfaces, although they are ideally suited for use on harder materials such as titanium or stainless steel.
